1.General provisions.

1.1. These rules for the purchase and sale of goods (further on, the RULES) are a legal document binding on the parties, which determine the rights and obligations of the Buyer (further on - the BUYER) and the Seller (MB "In Umbra", further on - IN UMBRA ), the conditions for purchasing and paying for the goods, the delivery and return procedure, responsibility of the parties and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods in the IN UMBRA online store.

1.2. By placing an order, the buyer confirms that he agrees with these RULES.

1.3. The contract between MB "In Umbra" and the BUYER is considered concluded from the moment when the BUYER, after creating a shopping cart in the online store, specifying the delivery address, choosing the payment method and familiarizing himself with the Rules, clicks the "Buy" button.

2. Protection of personal data.
2.1. The personal data protection rules applicable to MB "In Umbra" are presented in the Privacy Policy section of this website.

3. Buyer's rights and obligations.
3.1. When ordering goods in the MB "In Umbra" online store, the BUYER must provide the data requested at the time of purchase: name, surname, address, phone number and e-mail address.

3.2. The BUYER undertakes to pay MB "In Umbra" the agreed amount for the ordered goods, and to accept them.

3.3. The BUYER must provide complete, complete and correct information about himself in the purchase form. If the BUYER provides inaccurate, false or misleading data in the purchase form, IN UMBRA has the right to cancel the BUYER's order or restrict his ability to use the IN UMBRA electronic store.

3.4. If the personal data provided in the BUYER's purchase form (name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address and other information specified in the IN UMBRA purchase form) has changed during the execution of the order, the BUYER must immediately provide updated personal data.

3.5. By placing an order in the IN UMBRA online store, the buyer agrees to these RULES of purchase and sale and undertakes to comply with them and the established legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

4. Seller's rights and obligations.
4.1. The seller undertakes to create all conditions for the BUYER to properly use the services provided by the IN UMBRA online store.

4.2. If the BUYER attempts to harm the stability and security of the online store or violates its obligations,IN UMBRA has the right to limit, suspend or cancel the BUYER's access to the online store immediately and without warning.

4.3. IN UMBRA undertakes to respect the BUYER's privacy right to the BUYER's personal information specified in the purchase form and will not transfer it to third parties, except for the cases specified in the Privacy Policy section of this website.

4.4. IN UMBRA undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the BUYER to the address specified by the BUYER.

4.5. IN UMBRA can unilaterally change the terms of these RULES. If the BUYER uses the services of the IN UMBRA online store after the changes in these conditions, it is considered that the BUYER has agreed to the change in the RULES.

5. Ordering goods, prices, payment procedure, deadlines.
5.1. All product prices in the IN UMBRA online store are indicated in euros.

5.2. By choosing to pay by bank transfer, the BUYER undertakes to pay for the ordered goods within 2 (two) calendar days from the day of order confirmation. Preparation of goods for shipment begins only after payment has been received.
5.3. If the BUYER fails to complete the payment within 2 calendar days, the order is cancelled.

5.4. If an item is ordered, the year of the order is not in stock or on the purchase form, in the "Remarks" box, the BUYER requests the production of a non-standard (non-standard sizes, colors, color combinations, drawings, decor, complete set, etc.) product, this means that the product is produced after the order . It takes 5-7 working days. The deadline for the production of non-standard products begins to count only after coordination and approval by the BUYER of the product's size, color, color combination, drawings, decor, equipment, etc. The BUYER is informed about a more precise term by the e-mail specified by him. by mail or phone.

6. Delivery of goods.
6.1. The BUYER undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.
6.2. The BUYER undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that the BUYER cannot accept the goods himself, and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the BUYER does not have the right to make claims regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.
6.3. After receiving the payment, the goods are sent to the BUYER within 2 working days.
6.4. In all cases, IN UMBRA is released from responsibility for non-compliance with delivery deadlines, if the goods are not delivered to the BUYER or are delivered late due to the BUYER's fault or due to circumstances beyond the control of IN UMBRA.

6.5. The BUYER must immediately inform IN UMBRA if the package is received in damaged packaging, if the package contains unordered goods or the wrong quantity or package.

6.6. The BUYER must e-mail to info@inumbra.lt to provide photos of the damaged parcel and/or item(s).

7. Return of goods.
7.1. The BUYER has the right to return the purchased product within 14 days of receiving the product.
7.2. The BUYER may return or request a replacement for a product that is defective or damaged during shipping. Before returning or exchanging goods, it is necessary to contact IN UMBRA and provide the photos specified in clause 6.6. Return or exchange of goods is possible only by e-mail. upon receipt of confirmation by mail from IN UMBRA regarding the return or exchange of goods.

7.3. Returned goods must be in their original, neat packaging (this clause does not apply to returns of defective goods).
7.4. Returned goods must be undamaged by the BUYER.
7.5. Returned goods must be in their original condition (not unpacked - labels intact, protective film not torn off, etc.) (this clause does not apply in the case of returning defective goods). Products can only be returned if they have not been used.
7.6. Returned goods must be in the same package as they were sent to the Buyer.
7.7. When returning goods, it is necessary to present the document of their purchase.
7.8. Regarding the conditions for sending the returned goods, the BUYER must contact IN UMBRA using the contacts specified in the "Contacts" section of the website.

8. Product quality, guarantees.
8.1. All the details of the products sold in the IN UMBRA online store are indicated in the product description attached to each product.

8.2. The quantities of goods shown in the shop in the photos are not always related to the price of the goods - the price of more than one unit of goods may be shown. Measurement units are specified in the product description.
8.3. The colors of the products in the photos depend on the BUYER's monitor settings, so the actual color of the product may differ from the color shown in the photo.
8.4. The goods sold in the IN UMBRA online store have a 1-year warranty.

9. Marketing and Information.
9.1. IN UMBRA can initiate various promotions in its online store at its discretion.

9.2. IN UMBRA has the right unilaterally, without separate notice, to change the conditions of the promotions, as well as to cancel them. Any change or cancellation of the terms and conditions of the shares shall be effective from the moment of their change or cancellation.

9.3. IN UMBRA sends messages to the BUYER to the e-mail address specified in the BUYER's purchase form.

9.4. The BUYER sends all messages and questions to the contacts listed in the "Contacts" section of the IN UMBRA website.
9.5. IN UMBRA is not responsible if the BUYER does not receive informational or confirmation messages sent due to internet connection, e-mail service provider network failures, messages falling into the SPAM (spam) directory, or due to incorrectly specified data by the BUYER.

10. Final Provisions.
10.1. These Rules for the purchase and sale of goods are drawn up in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.2. These rules are subject to the law of the Republic of Lithuania. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these rules are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
