2.3. The BUYER's personal data and payment information are kept by IN UMBRA for 5 years. IN UMBRA collects and analyzes the BUYER's data in order to ensure smooth service provision, quality service and the best BUYER's experience when purchasing IN UMBRA'S goods or services.

3. Transfer of personal data to third parties

3.1. The seller has the right to transfer information to third parties, only to achieve the purposes of point 2.2.
